Technical Expertise

Our technical team in the UK has been working with our international engineering teams for over 10 years to create working practices and procedures that have been specifically designed to ensure our rigorous quality standards are always met. Not only can we carry out factory audits to assess the viability of a potential supplier we will also evaluate existing manufacturing processes for any production process. This includes castings capability, proficiency to produce high quality fabrications and the machine shop suitability for precision components.

Once a part has gone into production we will carry out all the requisite inspections using an array of test equipment and techniques to continually check quality. This may involve CMM, ultrasound, manual measurement, chemical analysis, metallurgical testing and any other method designed to conform adherence to the technical specification. All reporting is fully transparent so data is easily accessible for scrutiny whenever it is required.
